Well, hello there.

My name is Ali. I am so blessed to be able to do what I love; not a lot of people can say that. What I love most about what I do is being able to give people the opportunity to look back on their special day and get chills, or well up with happy tears. My job, and my passion, is to take a single moment in time and freeze it so everyone – including you – can cherish that moment over and over.

During your portrait session, you won’t be told how to dress or how to pose. I am there to capture how you and your family or you and your loved one interact with each other. The subtle smiles, the cute, quirky laughs, the quiet stare – those are the moments that make a good photograph.

At your wedding, you won’t be able to tell I am even around. The story is there, because you and yours are telling it. All of the pretty touches, beautiful faces, the decor, the lighting – everything is there already. There is no need for me to tell a couple what to do or how to be. I want you to feel like yourself, and to be relaxed, comfortable and composed when I am around. I strive for trust among my clients, myself and my camera.

One of the most gratifying parts of my job, and my path, is getting to meet all sorts of fabulous people. I give thanks to all of my clients, past and present, for walking into my life and letting me capture a little snippet of theirs.
